About Our Firm

About the firm and our services

Arden C. White Investigations is a small and highly specialized Private Investigation firm. We are experts in the field of asset recovery and in locating rightful heirs.

We closely examine and review various record sources and partner with attorneys, holders of assets, or other research firms throughout the world to uncover cases with unclaimed assets. We then work to identify and locate the rightful claimants to these assets.

Once the heirs we locate become our clients, we immediately initiate the required legal and documentary processes to claim these funds in their behalf.

Our clients never pay us up front or incur any risk. At no time are they asked to advance money or pay any expenses. We are only compensated on a percentage basis of the assets upon successful completion.

Meet the owner:
Arden C. White

Born in Utah and raised in various states in the intermountain west, Arden is the founder of Arden C. White Investigations. He is married and the father of six children. In his spare time, Arden enjoys spending time with his family in the outdoors, exploring new places, reading a wide variety of books, volunteering, and playing whatever new sport/game his children discover.

In his 27-year career as a finder of heirs and people entitled to claim funds, Arden has helped bring much-needed money to hundreds of people, a number of whom were in financial distress.

Over the years, Arden has had a number of very challenging and intriguing cases.

  • Unraveled the complicated name change/complex background of a Russian immigrant into Mexico – Part of the family changed their names generations earlier to hide their past. We were then able to connect the family with much-needed money.
  • Resolved a multigenerational and incorrectly deeded Connecticut land title dating back to the early 1800’s to locate rightful heirs.
  • Brought an ongoing windfall to family members (in the U.S. and Europe) of an immigrant recluse who had purchased mineral rights in the early 1900’s in Oklahoma and Kansas.
  • Identified a Polish immigrant, who had come to the United States just as WWI was beginning, and linked him to a substantial number of heirs (from 5 countries in 3 different continents) – After receiving their inheritance, they observed a “holiday” in their ancestor’s name, since many had been living in poverty.
